1. Activity & Location

I understand that this tour includes guided hiking or walking in natural environments in Costa Rica, which may take place in national parks, protected areas, or on private land.

2. Risks

I understand that hiking in nature involves risks, including:

• Uneven, muddy, steep, or slippery trails
• Weather conditions such as rain, heat, and humidity
• Wildlife, insects, and plants
• Slips, falls, or other injuries
• Limited access to medical care

I choose to participate voluntarily and at my own risk.

3. Rules & Safety

I agree to:

• Follow all instructions from the guide
• Follow park rules and safety guidelines
• Stay on designated trails
• Act responsibly toward wildlife, the environment, and others

4. Health

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and that I am responsible for my own health, medications, and limitations.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Costa Rican law, I agree not to hold Jungle Jorge Costa Rica Tours, its owners, guides, employees, contractors, or applicable private landowners responsible for injuries, illness, loss, or damage resulting from normal risks of the activity, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
